Should you buy a Laptop with RTX 2060 or RTX 3060?

If you are looking for a gaming laptop right now maybe your first question is should I buy a laptop with a recent RTX 3060 or should I go for a RTX 2060 because right now they are cheaper. If we go strict by the Dollar per fps in games, Jarrod’s Tech tested multiple games on both RTX 2060 and RTX 3060 and his finding is that the RTX 3060 is on average 30% faster than the RTX 2060.

Which Laptop to buy?

If you have the money the safe option is to go for the laptop RTX 3060 of course, however if the money is an issue then you can buy a RTX 2060 if the equivalent laptop with RTX 3060 is 30% or higher. If you already have a laptop with RTX 2060 we think that the best is to wait for a new generation before upgrading or go for RTX 3070 or RTX 3080.
